Gay and Cohabitating in Texas

Excellent article in this month's Texas Bar Journal about nonmarital cohabitation agreements (or, as Ms. Pesoli calls them, "nonups"). Calling the nonmarital cohabitation agreement a "new kid in town" may be somewhat misleading; the only thing new is their application to same-sex Texas couples since Obergefell. Heterosexual couples have been using them for decades.
